Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of pro.full-time-trading.com and its mirror ru.full-time-trading.com (the “Service”), operated by Full-Time Trading (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service is an educational and informational platform built around the public “Portfolio #2”: the group's portfolio positions, member-submitted trade ideas, a personal trade journal, checklists and learning materials.
Not investment advice. Nothing on the Service is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We do not manage your money. All trading decisions are yours alone, in your own account and at your own risk. Trading involves risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results. Published probabilities describe historical samples, not promises.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Telegram or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, charts and journal entries you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display them within the Service — including showing accepted ideas publicly with their author and result. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share. Your journal is private to you; administrators can see only aggregate journal metrics.
4. Pro subscription
Some sections require a paid Pro membership. Billing is handled by external payment providers under their own terms; prices and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.
5. Idea payouts
Accepted ideas may participate in the profit-share programme (a 20% share of the result of the corresponding portfolio position) under the rules published on the Service. Review of submitted ideas is at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping, bulk downloading or automated access without our consent.
- No reselling or republishing Pro content.
- No impersonation or interference with the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its texts, design and tools belong to us or our licensors. Chart images may include material of the respective platform owners.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
