Portfolio Streams — Terms of Use

Effective 20 July 2026 · applies to the “Portfolio #1 — live” and “Portfolio #2 — live” pages

The stream pages show real positions, trades and statistics of the Full-Time Trading portfolios in real time. Access is granted exclusively to Pro members for personal use. By opening these pages you confirm that you have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.

1. Confidentiality

All information on the stream pages — portfolio composition, position sizes, entry prices, trade results, the equity curve and statistics — is confidential and protected by intellectual property law. The following is prohibited:

copying the materials or forwarding screenshots in any form;
publishing or sharing in channels, chats, social networks or any other sources;
passing access or page contents to third parties;
building derivative products on top of this data: newsletters, “signals”, paid or free copies.

2. Not investment advice

The materials are provided for information only and do not constitute individual investment advice. The positions and trades shown reflect the author’s decisions for their own portfolio and do not take into account your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance. Any decisions about your own trades are yours alone, together with all associated risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Personal view stamping

Every view of the stream pages is stamped with the user’s personal code. The code is present in the data caption and on the page itself.

If materials leak, the source is identified unambiguously. Publishing someone else’s screenshot does not hide its origin: the code points to the specific account from which the page was opened.

4. Liability for violations

You bear personal responsibility for unlawful distribution of the information published on these pages. If a violation is detected, we may:

terminate access to the Pro sections without compensation for the paid period;
claim compensation for the damage caused;
use any other remedies available under applicable intellectual property law.

5. Confirmation of consent

From time to time, opening the stream pages shows a window with a short version of these terms and a confirmation button. Pressing the button — like using the pages at all — means you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, stop using the stream pages.
